British Council Singapore is looking for Customer Service Assistant (Examinations) to ensure a high quality and efficient integrated customer service experience for customers meeting all British Council Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for customer satisfaction. By converting enquiries into sales and support the wider exams team in achieving its annual business targets.
To be considered, you must have Aptis test (C1) ideally with a Diploma qualification with excellent written and oral communication skills in English. You must have prior Sales Technique exposure and high level of accuracy in handling all tasks. Excellent customer care skills are expected.
