Role overview
British Council Singapore is hiring a Customer Management Executive, to be based in our Tampines branch. As the Customer Management Executive, you will need to meet and exceed KPIs as set out by the organisation. You would need to ensure that all existing customers are informed of re-registration periods in writing, telephone calls and class visits in a timely manner. Records should be regularly updated and maintained. Another key responsibility is to handle the cash desk in the system and payments are to be received accurately for courses/placement test registrations and other products and services. Other duties include providing operational support to the wider Sales and Customer Management team during Open Days, Parent Events, Seminars, Evening Receptions and Offsite Branch and Examination Promotions.
To be considered, you must have at least 2-3 years of experience working in either a customer service and/or sales environment. Experience of working in the education industry is a plus. Excellent communication skills in English are a must and we are looking for candidates who are confident in cross-selling and up-selling as well as a customer service mind set.
