Role overview

As the Regional Digital Performance Manager, you will drive and manage analytics and marketing performance evaluation for English/Teaching Centre Marketing across the region so that we can standardise numbers, and evaluate like for like to better determine investment decisions. Your role will provide expert advice to country teams in the collation of consistent data at country / cluster and regional levels of performance marketing and research data, with a clear feedback loop.

You are also expected to work collaboratively with country marketing teams to enable best practice to be shared, and ensure consistency of approach across Marketing. The key focus is to lead oversight of web analytics, search and remarketing and SEO/SEM strategy, and bridge our market research, to provide a deeper understanding of our marketing impact and to drive more effective marketing and communications activities.

Essentially, you must have a relevant degree e.g. business studies, digital marketing, or equivalent level of experience as well as proficiency in the use of web analytics systems like Google Analytics and Web Trends. Knowledge of data collection (design and assessment), especially from a Marketing perspective, is a plus and evidence of ability to manage multiple digital campaigns in-house and through agency is also preferred.
