1. The ⁠British Council in Singapore is offering a 20% discount and lucky draw exclusive for all SAFRA National Service Association members to sign-up for our English courses for adults, from 14 April to 25 May 2025.
  2. This promotion will be referred to as the ‘British Council SAFRA Promotion’ and the SAFRA National Service Association will be referred as ‘SAFRA’.
  3. The British Council SAFRA Promotion consists of two parts, as follows:
    - The 20% discount is given when the SAFRA member registers for Term 2+ and Term 3 together as a bundle between 14 April to 25 May 2025.
    - The lucky draw prizes are three Grab vouchers, each worths S$50, one voucher for each of the three winners. Only SAFRA members who have registered for the Term 2+ and Term 3 bundle between 14 April to 25 May 2025, will be eligible for the lucky draw. Only the lucky draw winners will be notified by email in June 2025. 
  4. The British Council SAFRA Promotion is opened to all SAFRA members as well as their Dependent member(s) during the above-mentioned period.

    - IELTS Coach courses
    - Business English courses
    - General English courses

    - Please enter the promo code ‘SAFRA20’ next to your ‘First Name’ in the consultation booking form (e.g. Jane – SAFRA20) under ‘About you’ section.
    - After submitting the consultation booking form, please email a screenshot of your SAFRA membership showing your full name, SAFRA membership number and card expiry found in your SAFRA mobile app immediately to contact@britishcouncil.org.sg.
    - You will receive an acknowledgement receipt in three working days. Only the lucky draw winners will be notified by email in June 2025. 
  7. ⁠The British Council Terms and conditions of sale are applicable to all customers of our English courses for adults.
  8. The British Council reserves the sole and absolute right to withdraw, amend and/or alter any part of the whole terms and conditions in relation to this British Council SAFRA Promotion at any time without giving any prior notice to the participants and the participants agree to be bound by those changes.
  9. The British Council shall not be liable for any claims by the participants or third-party claims or loses of any nature, including but not limited to, loss of profits, punitive, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or for other damages and any related claims of any nature, including direct, indirect, third-part, consequential or other damages resulting from or in connection with this British Council SAFRA Promotion.
  10. The British Council reserves the right of final decision in case of any dispute.
  11. SAFRA is not an agent of the merchant. Any dispute regarding the quality or service standard must be resolved directly with the respective merchants. SAFRA will not assume any liability or responsibility for the acts of the merchants or any defects in products or services offered in the promotion.
  12. SAFRA is not liable for any loss of personal data resulting from any provision of personal data by the individual to the merchant for the purpose of using their service or product.
