What's NTUC UTAP?
The Union Training Assistance Programme (UTAP) is a training benefit for National Trades Union Congress (NTUC) members to defray their cost of training. NTUC members enjoy 50% unfunded* course fee support for up to S$250 each year when you sign up for courses supported under UTAP. NTUC members aged 40 and above will get increased funding support from S$250 to S$500. NTUC Starter members can enjoy 50% unfunded course fee support for up to S$200 per year when you attend courses supported under UTAP. Terms and conditions apply. *Unfunded course fee refers to the balance course fee payable after applicable government subsidy.
