Our refund policy

  1. If you wish to withdraw any of your registered subjects, please contact the British Council immediately.
  2. When you provide us with a written notice of your intention to withdraw, before the examination board’s publicised withdrawal deadline (with supporting documents), you will receive a refund of 80% of your registered fees upon approval. The refund will only be processed after the end of the examination season.
  3. If you provide us with a written notice of your intention to withdraw, after the examination board’s publicised withdrawal deadline (with supporting documents), you will receive a refund of 20% of your registered fees, upon approved by the examination board. The refund will only be processed after the end of the examination season.
