Creative Scotland Edinburgh Festival and British Council facilitated the Singapore delegates to Edinburgh.
Delegates from the National Arts Council, Singapore International Foundation, The Arts House and independent producer Pearlyn Chua visited Edinburgh for the Momentum International Delegates Programme 2019. The delegates interacted with the diverse cultural sector in Scotland, and enjoyed the diverse offers at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe.
Momentum is a bespoke delegate programme by invitation only which hosts international delegations of producers, cultural leaders, entrepreneurs, government representatives, festival programmers and cultural / funding agencies. The programme fosters:
- Partnerships and international collaboration with Edinburgh’s Festivals, and insights into Edinburgh as the world’s leading festival city;
- Relationships with the wider Scottish cultural sector;
- Connections to the wider international arts and cultural community that flocks to Edinburgh in August;
